Build the site register
Bring locations, contacts, opening hours and access constraints together in one current list. Identify priority sites and any exceptions early.
Define the sign family
Agree which elements repeat across the network and which will vary by site. Keep the approved brand standards and artwork together.
Resolve approvals
Set out who can approve designs, local variations and installation dates. Landlord or property approvals should be visible in the programme.
Sequence production and logistics
Work backwards from the required installation dates. Manufacturing readiness, packaging, transport and site availability all affect the sequence.
Make progress visible
Agree what the project team needs to report: readiness, deliveries, completed installations and outstanding snags. Define what counts as a completed site.
Close out each location
Confirm the required handover photographs, records and documents at the beginning, so the installation teams know what to capture.
