Interior and exterior identity, ATM branding and signage upgrades for a changing branch environment.

Background

PSA’s relationship with Capitec began in 2000. As the bank’s identity developed, the work covered interior and exterior signage and point-of-sale elements.

The challenge

A branch identity must work across different spaces and remain recognisable as the brand evolves. PSA’s Capitec case-study material describes work on new branches, upgrades and ATM sites.

The signage

The documented scope includes moulded illuminated logos and letter sets, vinyl decals, flat cut-out acrylic letters, printed fabric and point-of-sale elements.

Manufacture and installation

The work brought together moulded illuminated logos, individual letter sets, vinyl decals, flat cut-out acrylic lettering and printed fabric elements. These sign types serve different parts of the branch, from exterior recognition to interior branding.

A connected relationship

The case study describes collaboration between PSA’s account, design and creative teams as the branch identity developed, alongside ongoing upgrades and maintenance.
